Very happy with the service Shreveport and Bossier and the people that both locations service manager didn’t give up on my mower, asked to take a look at it again they found the problem corrected it. My mower is mowing perfect like it supposed to love the service and the people I will be buying another mower if I’m when the time comes for a new one, they do what they say. I like to give credit or credits due good customer service glad to do business with them and I will keep doing business with them.

They have done great work the past couple of years. Have bought and had equipment maintenance and fixed. Few companies that actually honor their warranties and work

I came to power equipment to purchase my partner a weed eater and the customer service was amazing. The young gentleman assisted in helping us pick the correct weed eater that was needed for our property and my boyfriend loved it. Thank you so much for your attention. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional staff!!! Power was out at the store, they remained open. Came to my vehicle and brought my battery in for me. Got the new battery and parts I needed in the dark using flashlights. Carried my new battery to the vehicle for me! Highly recommend!!!
